Prabhu Ramachandran brings to Striti wide experience in herbs, botanicals and extracts. His real achievement has been in making the company GMP compliant and offering dedicated contract manufacturing services that includes product development and formulation, sourcing, blending, processing (tableting/encapsulatin), bottling and labeling.

Sarvanan
Director

Sarvanan has been a dynamic member of the company’s management. He brings Stiriti his wide experience in bio-pharma, nutraceuticals and herbal extracts business. His contribution to quality assurance is phenomenal. He heads the teams working on research, quality and herbal extraction. Sarvanan is a good business negotiator, with noticeable understanding of client’s needs for herbal ingredients. With specialization in contract development and manufacturing, Sarvanan ensures that the manufacturing is promoted as per GMP norms.

Aravind
Head, Finance & Accounts

Aravind takes care of the finance and accounts of the company. He also heads the legal and statutory functions. He works towards ensuring financial discipline across the organization. This role becomes all the more crucial when it comes to sourcing raw materials, the cost implications of each purchase of raw materials, cost control and disbursal of payments, negotiations with global vendors and follow-up, and maintaining goodwill with all the stakeholders of the company.
